RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Buyer’s remorse
- Orders placed incorrectly

To report an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@merch4anime.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item

If your request is approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns
We do not accept returns or require items to be sent back. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items are made to order and are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, we will replace the item if eligible.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, because items are made to order, returns may only be accepted if the item is unused and in its original condition.

Refunds
We do not issue refunds unless an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
